•   REGISTRATIONS & EXTRAS - prices include service charges.

•   Click on the drop-down menu to make your selections.

•  You can view your Shopping Cart at any time before checkout by clicking the View Cart button (opens in a SEPARATE TAB.)

•  If paying for the SAME item for TWO or more people (e.g. two Registrations), you can adjust the quantity on the Shopping Cart page.

•  To pay for several DIFFERENT items (e.g. Registration and Friday Dinner), GO BACK TO THE FIRST TAB and enter additional items from the drop-down menu. These will automatically be added to and totaled in the Shopping Cart page (in SEPARATE TAB).

•  PRIVATE ROOM – use the Add to Cart button (Per Person / Double Occupancy / Subject to Availability / Refundable)


Buy Now Buttons:

Are processed separately, not as part of your Shopping Cart. (e.g. "Friday Dinner" [Add to Cart] and "SCHOLARSHIP REGISTRATION" [Buy Now] are TWO Separate PayPal transactions)

•When you fill in the amount – DO NOT INCLUDE a $ sign – Use only NUMBERS and PERIODS or it will not work!

• Contact Registrar if you need help with Buy Now.

SCHOLARSHIP REGISTRATION –  Buy Now button – fill in the amount GIVEN TO YOU IN ADVANCE by the Registrar.

BALANCE DUE –  Buy Now button – fill in the amount given to you the Registrar.

OTHER PAYMENT –  Buy Now button – fill in the amount given to you by the Registrar. (SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY)

DONATE to Scholarship Fund – Donate button – enter the amount you wish to donate (PayPal or credit/debit card.)
