The weekend begins Friday at 6:30 pm with registration (Contra dance at 7:30 pm) and ends Sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm.
LOCATION: Fiddling Frog is held at the fabulous Pasadena Masonic Temple. It has a huge, beautiful wooden dance floor, separate dining room, and lots of places to hang out and chat (or jam) with friends. Check out their website at www.pasadenamasonic.org and see why we love this hall.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Every attempt will be made to house out-of-town participants with local dancers. If you know you'll need housing, registering sooner rather than later is strongly recommended. A list of area hotels and B&B's can be found on our Lodging page.
MEALS: Provided as part of the weekend, three nutritious, fulfilling meals: Saturday and Sunday breakfast, Saturday lunch, as well as a variety of refreshments during the daytime and evening dances. Saturday night dinner will be on your own. A list of nearby options will be available at the hall.
CLOTHING EXCHANGE: Want your old favorites to become someone else's new ones? Start perusing those closets now.
REGISTRATION: Pre-registration of $130.00 is required for this popular weekend. A discount is available for those under 30, the registration is $80.00. Applications will be accepted in the order they are received. We're grateful to those local dancers who offer their hospitality, so some preference will be given to dancers that provide housing. Consideration will also be given to gender balance. Refunds for cancellations received after January 25, 2010 will be contingent on the filling of vacancies. Registration is not transferable.

SUNDAY NIGHT DANCE DISCOUNT: The full-price admission for the open to the public dance (7:00-10:00 pm) with Great Bear Trio and Lisa is $15.00. Include prepayment for this dance with your Fiddling Frog registration and pay only $10.00. This money is nonrefundable, but your admission can be transferred to another Fiddling Frog participant if you email your request to fiddlingfrog@verizon.net no later than February 20, 2010. For the sake of our sanity there will be no exceptions.
